Terms of service
The Spanish version of these terms prevails in case of discrepancy.
[To be completed: purpose of the service, prices and taxes, payment methods, renewal and cancellation, right of withdrawal, service level agreement (SLA), acceptable use policy, backups, suspension for non-payment, limitation of liability. Have it reviewed by an advisor.]
Technical limits of the hosting service
1. Disk space. The space stated for each plan is the total available to the customer and includes website files, mailboxes and databases.
2. Databases. Each plan includes a maximum number of databases, each with a maximum size (Starter: 500 MB; Basic and Professional: 1 GB; Business: 2 GB). If a database exceeds its maximum size, or if the customer reaches the total space of their plan, writing to their databases will be suspended automatically. The website will remain available in read-only mode and service will be restored automatically once space is freed. The customer will be notified through their panel and by email.
3. Fair use of resources. Hosting is a shared service. The customer agrees to make reasonable use of CPU, memory and connections. CableAZUL may temporarily limit or suspend a website whose usage affects the server or other customers, notifying the customer and, except in urgent cases, before acting.
4. Email. An hourly sending limit applies to prevent spam. Sending unsolicited bulk email is prohibited. The plans are not intended for mass newsletters.
5. File access. All plans include the control panel file manager. The Business plan also includes SFTP access. SSH access is not offered.
6. Prohibited uses. Using the service for cryptocurrency mining, storing backups unrelated to the hosted websites, file distribution, illegal activities or any use that compromises server security is prohibited.
